Xingu River

Multi-Species Fishing in the Southeast Amazon

Rapids, Giants & Tribal Waters

If you’re looking for an immersive Amazon fishing experience, this is it. Set in one of the largest intact sections of tropical forest in the world, the Xingu River flows through the exclusive territory of the Kayapo people—a 22-million-acre indigenous reserve that remains virtually untouched. This protected region offers world-class multi-species fishing in a setting few anglers will ever experience.

Each week, just eight anglers gain access to this stunning stretch of the river, where rapids, boulders, pools, and side channels create ideal habitat for a wide range of powerful gamefish. From toothy payara to heavy-hitting Amazon catfish, the Xingu delivers action, variety, and cultural immersion in one of the most pristine corners of the Amazon.
